Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2026

1. We Earn Affiliate Commissions

paninibrothersbakerycampbelltown.com.au ("we", "us", "our") is a review and comparison website covering the best betting sites available to Australian users. We participate in affiliate marketing programs operated by online casinos, sportsbooks, and other betting operators. This means that when you click certain links on our website and register an account, make a deposit, or place a bet with an operator, we may receive a commission from that operator at no additional cost to you.

The price, odds, bonuses, or terms you receive are never increased to cover our commission. In many cases, the offers available through our links are the same as — or better than — those available directly from the operator.

2. Commissions Do Not Influence Our Rankings

Our editorial integrity is not for sale. Affiliate commissions and commercial partnerships do not influence:

• The order in which betting sites are ranked or listed;
• The scores, star ratings, or verdicts given in our reviews;
• The pros and cons we publish about each operator;
• Whether an operator is featured, downgraded, or removed from our recommendations.

Rankings are determined by our editorial team based on factors such as licensing and security, odds and market depth, payout speed, bonus fairness, customer support, mobile experience, and responsible gambling tools. Operators cannot pay for a better review or a higher position.

3. How to Identify Affiliate and Sponsored Links

We believe in clear labelling. On this website:

• Outbound links to betting operators in reviews, comparison tables, and "Visit Site" / "Claim Bonus" buttons are typically affiliate links;
• Any paid or sponsored placement will be clearly marked with a label such as "Sponsored", "Ad", or "Partner Offer";
• Where a list or table is ordered or influenced by a commercial arrangement, a prominent notice will appear alongside that content;
• Affiliate links may use tracking parameters or redirect through a tracking URL so the operator can attribute your visit to our website.

If you are ever unsure whether a link is an affiliate link, you may assume that links leading to a betting operator's website are monetised unless explicitly stated otherwise.

4. Australian Compliance Statement

We aim to operate in accordance with applicable Australian laws and standards, including:

• The Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), including the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), which prohibits misleading or deceptive conduct and requires commercial relationships to be disclosed clearly;
• Guidance published by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) regarding online reviews, endorsements, and affiliate marketing transparency;
• The AANA Code of Ethics, which requires advertising and marketing communications to be clearly distinguishable as such;
• The Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) — we only reference operators we believe are lawfully permitted to offer services to Australian customers, and we encourage readers to verify an operator's current licensing status independently.

This disclosure is provided so that you can make informed decisions with full knowledge of our commercial relationships.

5. Your Responsibility as a Reader

While we work hard to keep our reviews accurate and up to date, the information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that:

• You are solely responsible for verifying the current terms, conditions, odds, bonuses, and licensing status of any betting operator before registering or depositing;
• You must be 18 years of age or older to gamble in Australia, and you are responsible for complying with the laws of your state or territory;
• Gambling involves risk — you should never bet more than you can afford to lose;
• We do not provide financial, legal, or professional advice, and we are not liable for any losses incurred through third-party operators.

If gambling is no longer fun or is causing you harm, free and confidential support is available 24/7 through Gambling Help Online (gamblinghelponline.org.au) or by calling 1800 858 858. Bet responsibly.
